First you have to load the form, you get two options, I call it the long and short version, once you downloaded the forms you just print like if you were printing a tax return.

You should see:

Organizer (10) I call this one the short version

Organizer (Comp) 10 long version more details

MAS

Edit: Make sure you have the lastest software update, there is a chance you haven't made a software update since last year.

You open the 2010 Program, open the client, select New Forms and choose Organizer. I just type ORG into the Search box and it takes you to the options. You can choose either 2010 or 2011; and you can choose Comprehensive or Regular Organizer. Sometimes I load them both and then pick and choose pages that I want from each. Then print the Org from the 2010 program. This has been one of the nicest features of ATX since the very beginning. Lets you get your Organizers printed and ready long before the New Program is released.

You can load the organizer from the return manager screen.

Select the returns you want to add it to and then click: returns

then select add organizer to selected clients

Also to add to an open return

click: forms

then organizer

then add organizer

if it is adding the comprehensive organizer (Long one) and you want the short version

from return manager screen click:

option

preferences

select forms

make sure the box for: "Use Comprehensive organizer" is not checked

I just discovered this trick recently. I always had to find the short one on the "add forms" list

so when I discovered this, it makes the short one the default rather than the long one.

Saves a few steps. Particularly when you want to add it to a number of returns at once
