Eli Posted January 24, 2012 Report Posted January 24, 2012 Anyone else having issues with the forms printing out of order & sometimes printing a return 3 or 4 times? This has happened at least 3-4 times now. Not sure if it's a software issue or maybe a printer fault. Thanks! Eli Quote
mcb39 Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 Hi Eli.......Not here, but then I almost always use custom print. Have a Great One! Quote
Terry O Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 I agree with Marilyn- - -I always use custom printing. Too bad the program does not have that option as a default. Quote
Randall Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 I use custom printing too. But on the payroll returns, I noticed a check mark to remember the last printing. And if I had it set for multiple copies, the next time, it will print that number of copies if I don't un-check the box or change the number of copies. Not sure if that applies to your problem. Quote
DevM Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 Goto Print Manager and see if you have "Remember Print Manager Selection for each return" checked. Quote
joanmcq Posted January 27, 2012 Report Posted January 27, 2012 I love, love, love that new feature. Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted January 27, 2012 Report Posted January 27, 2012 It seems that the print manager now remembers the setting and choices from LAST year!! Good Move ATX!! Quote
Eli Posted January 27, 2012 Author Report Posted January 27, 2012 I do custom printing too, but every now & then it just spits em out of whack. I also get 2 extra copies every now & then. Thanks for the suggestions though :-) Hope everyone has an AWESOME Friday!! Eli Quote
jklcpa Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 I got extra copies of W-2s yesterday without asking for them. Luckily the company only has 3 employees, so it wasn't a lot of extra paper. Quote
