E-File error on WI-1 Form

Hi. I'm getting this error in my program:

MEFWIF1-003

Reserved

Amount of sales and use tax due is zero or blank. The "certify" box must be checked, if no sales or use tax is due.

I was wondering what value on the WI-1 or the 1040 affects whether this box on line 36 is checked or not. I am not able to check this box and do not want to do an override. If anyone could help me fix this problem, it would would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting the form W1 and/or replacing it with a newer one. I have not had that issue.
