Printing problem

HI I have experience a printer problem with ATX 2009 and 2010

The ATX are runing in Network I used ATX 2007 - 2008 and thise works well but on 2009 or 2010 When I tried to print some the printer was not found,

I've checked all , the printers print fine with 2007 and 2008, also I notice when I close 2010 and tried to reopen it's never happen,, I need restart the computer to be able open ATX 2010.

Are these on a different computer than originally installed..?

It sounds like your net setup is not installed properly. If the printer is set up at the server then you will need to run the NetSetup again from the work station, and make sure your printer driver is installed properly at the work station. Try a quick test and try to print something from your work station to make sure the printer responds properly. If so re-setup the work station.

this has happened to be too over the years, the program just cant see the printers. sometimes i just reoppen the program but usually i need to reboot. Support was no help but since it only happens 3-4 times a season i just deal with the reboot.
