Oh Baby! Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 I'm trying to renew my software with ATX. Been using them for 10 years +. Sales won't give me install codes. They say I have to talk to me rep. My Rep (Brandon Sims 800-495-4626 ex. 1233) does not return phone calls or e-mails. I know they want my rep to get his comission, but why should anyone get a comission for providing such lousy service?! Quote
Crank Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 I used ATX since it was Saber (1997 I believe) and decided to switch to TRX, a TaxWorks reseller (http://trxsoftware.com/) last year because of decreased service/product and the increasing prices. The conversion was much easier than I had anticipated and learning the software was very easy. I renewed with them again this year. Maybe its time to look at other options. Quote
michaelmars Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 I had a similar experinece last year and just told the rep that "i have atx and proseries both holding for a rep and whichever answers first gets my business, do you even know if "my rep" is not out sick or quit etc" A supervisor immediately took my order 1 Quote
