PapaJoe Posted November 23, 2011 Report Posted November 23, 2011 And a happy Thanksgiving to you too, Elrod. Turkey & dressing, potato salad, green bean casserole (can't have Thanksgiving dinner with out that!), sweet potatoes, pecan pie set for tomorrow. All the family will be there for the feast. Quote

NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted November 23, 2011 Report Posted November 23, 2011 Happy Thanksgiving to everyone left! My stepson's National Guard unit comes home from Afghanistan tonight, so we are very thankful and hope that they don't have to be deployed again for at least a couple of years. 1 Quote
mcb39 Posted November 25, 2011 Report Posted November 25, 2011 Happy THanksgiving from WI. We had the big meal today and are all stuffed. Grandma (me) cooked and have lots of leftovers. No time for the nap yet as it is also deerhunting week here and my house is scattered with blaze orange. We are at the cottage, the weather is really nice for this time of year and we are all thankful that we have plenty when so many have so little. Will feed some of the neighbors tomorrow. Quote
Gail in Virginia Posted November 25, 2011 Report Posted November 25, 2011 A belated Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I have so much to be thankful for, and am thankful for my refrigerator stuffed full of yummy leftovers from yesterday! Quote
Catherine Posted November 25, 2011 Report Posted November 25, 2011 A belated Happy Thanksgiving to every one on this forum! We had a very quiet day; both girls here in the morning but off for the afternoon. I cooked and Doug cleaned everything up, bless him. Turkey nap-attack hit and I snoozed for a good hour. It's so nice to have a hiatus from the bathroom renovation work, even if it leaves us in mid-construction with plastic-sheeting walls and the smell of drying plaster. Quote
