2010 ATX Program Loads But I Can't Open Individual Returns

The program closes when I attempt to open a tax return.

Anybody know what's going on?

Could this not happen in June?

Rita, are you on a network? If so, look at your rollover tab. If that tab has lost its connection, then you won't be able to open a returrn in the return manager. At least, that has been a problem on our system.

Also, if you are on a network, go to the server and open the return there first.

I called Tech Support and the nice young man attempted to fix a ".NET Framework" problem with Windows XP. He was not successful, and I called my local IT guy, who reinstalled Windows XP. That's my understanding of it, anyway. LOL.
