Is there a form or spreadsheet in ATX 2010 that shows what the total amount of taxes paid (inclusive of state tax, payroll tax, social security tax, etc)?

Look at the 'Planner'. You'll have to add the tax rate on that form. Also see the 'Tax Summary'.
