Daune/CA Posted May 20, 2011 Report Posted May 20, 2011 I cannot get documents on Word to print, however no problem with other programs printing. Can someone enlighten me as to what I may need to do to make it work properly? Or is there a compatability problem btn Word and MS7? Thank you for any assistance! Quote

OldJack Posted May 21, 2011 Report Posted May 21, 2011 Click Microsoft "Start" globe, then click "control panel", click "view devices and printers", right click your printer "icon", click "printer properties", click "Advanced" tab, click "New Driver" button, and let the wizard update for a new print driver for your printer model. Good luck. Quote

Replaced black cartridge and all is well. Thank you all! What a relief for you. I was taught many years ago to always look for the simplest things first. I was about to suggest that you check to see if you had chosen the correct printer in print setup for Word. But, am glad that you solved it on your own. Quote
