Efile of CA W-2

I am filing my first ever CA W2 efile. Like the Fed ATX creates a .asc file with the W2 & W3 information, but I do not know how or where to efile this file. Does it also go to Social Security? And if so, does that mean we file both files with Soc Sec?

Any help would be appreciated.
