HV Ken Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 NY preparers: It seems all of the sudden the NY IT-201 Cover Sheet is printing. Since we e-file everything, there is no need to print this for our clients. Does anyone know of a way to suppress it? (And I wonder what caused it to all of the sudden start to print) Quote

kcjenkins Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 Uncheck it from the print menu, or if it prints without being checked, [?] either throw it out [saves time] or print to pdf, then open the pdf and delete the page, then print it [saves paper and toner]. Quote
HV Ken Posted April 6, 2011 Author Report Posted April 6, 2011 Thanks all - I know how to get rid of it via the Print Manager (even more unproductive clicks in what is probably the worst part of the ATX software) or tossing it into the shred bin (toner, paper, and then shredder waste). It is just one more LITTLE annoyance to deal with, and why would it start all of the sudden in April ????? Just was wondering if other NY preparers saw the same change happen to them.... Quote
B. Jani Posted April 6, 2011 Report Posted April 6, 2011 Yes, I did see now for 201. From the begining of the season, only IT-150 was printing it. But I always efile, and print to PDF then choose what needs to be printed. A hassel but saves toner and paper. Quote
