I have a 2010 1099 R code P that goes nowhere on 2010 but I know code is for taxable in 2009. When I go to 2009 it is a 13 difference in tax. 1099r only for 50. But question is where does it go. Line 16 or 21 as I don't have a 1099r for 2009 or is it B as it is for earnings on excess contributions. thanks for any help

P—Excess contributions plus earnings/excess deferrals (and/or

earnings) taxable in 2009.

I would show it on line 21 and not have self employment taxes calculated. I would name it excess contributions.
