Form 7004 Ext E-file

I need to e-file a form 7004 for an S Corp that couldn't get here to sign docs for their 1120S today. I feel like an idiot but I just can't figure out how to transmit the e-file. I open the 7004 form and select the File Extension Electronically box but I just don't see a button or option for submitting the e-file. Help please!

I submitted one the other day, but don't remember the steps exactly. You have to uncheck the Efile the Return box on the GI page, then check the efile box on the EXT page. Then Review the return, and the 7004 should show up (but not the entire 1120S). Then click the Create Efile button, as usual.
