Please Tell me this is just Turbo Tax

Santa Barbara Bank is not Direct Depositing Refunds but sending checks by mail.I am hoping that this is just an isolated problem to just Turbo Tax Taxpayers and not any of my clients. I guess I will call support in the morning, just to be on the safe side. I do not want angry clients that have to wait for snail mail when they chose direct deposit at my desk.

I uses Santa Barbara and I all my direct deposit clients received their funds via direct deposit from Santa Barbara.
