They are still being worked on. The estimate is beginning of next week, but it could be a little longer if they run into any delays. Quote

Chrisbry Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 http://www.atxcommunity.com/index.php?showtopic=1046 I posted here. It is available now. I just finished efiling all of mine. Quote
Wendy Posted January 25, 2008 Report Posted January 25, 2008 I've never e-filed 941/940 before. This is the first year I've had MAX (had to upgrade due to the limit on # of e-files). What is the process? Do we have to apply to SS for a PIN # - and if we do, is it a # just for us or one for each of the clients? Thanx. Wendy F. Katz EA Quote
Chrisbry Posted January 25, 2008 Report Posted January 25, 2008 You need to update your EFIN with the IRS as a reporting agent and then they will send you a letter with a 5 digit pin to use for 940/941 e-files. You also need to complete Form 8655 (Reporting Agent Authorization) for each of your clients, have them sign it and then fax to the IRS. This RAA remains in effect until you or your client revoke it. Once set up, it really does work out great! Hope the above helps! Quote
