I learned this trick that usually solves many software or computer problems about 18 years ago, and to this day it still does the trick, but have you tried shutting down the server and restarting back up? Pacun Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 On the server, go to preferences and click on preparer manager and select none on both boxes. I am not sure if that will help but it doesn't hurt to try. Close and open ATX from server. Quote
rfassett Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 Sounds like an issue for support. They can jump on your system and attempt to correct the problem. Might need a re-intall. I am also using a server environment running Server 2003 with XP on the workstations and have not had this issue. Quote
