As a TRX Alliance member, I am very much willing to continue my relationship with TRX. Many companies are experiencing some financial hardships, but TRX is working every diligiently to reduce the cost of the tax software and produce the service bureau fees to the members.

I have been emailing Doug and sometimes I receive a response about the status of the service bureau fees. Let's share some trust and loyality with the TRX family by supporting and continuing our relationship with the company.

You must be doing business with a different "TRX" company than the one I did business with last year. (BTW, my first, only and last time)

Two years ago I ordered Taxwise from TRX paid in advance they never delivered it to me and gave me a total run around.They promised a refund then said I would receive a credit directly from CCH nothing has happened they just ripped me off.I paid twice for software that year.
