Last day for efile?

Does anyone know the last day we can efile 2009 returns? I have a client still getting information together and will have a pretty nice refund. She would like to efile, but needs one more piece of information that she may not get until Monday or Tuesday of next week. Wouldn't you know it! Thanks ;~)

Friday 15 October at one minute before midnight local time, per CCH. Then they get ready for 2010 returns. However, returns going through the modernized system, mostly entities, can be from "prior" years.
