Jerry W Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 ATX has just updated 2007 program to include W-2 imports from Peachtree and Quickbooks. I tried to import from Quickbooks Pro 2008 but employee SSN and part of employer's address did not import. Has anyone tried to import yet? Thanks, Jerry W Quote

Thanks, Jerry W Jerry, I use this feature every year and will be importing the W-2 information from some of my clients this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes. I hope this isn't a problem either. Terry, I uploaded a W2 text file to ATX last night and asked them to determine why the employee SSN, employer trade name and city, state and zip are not being imported. They are to send me an email. I'll post their reply when I get it. Jerry W Quote

Thanks, Jerry W I am not able to import the SS# and control #. The screen says to send the file to ATX and they will correct it. I did yesterday and have not received the acknowledgement email yet. Since most of my clients have few employees, I'll probably manually input. In past years changing the print margins in Peachtree solved the issue. I cannot recall the particulars. Acs Quote

To do only a couple a manual import wouldn't be a problem. However, I have a company next week with 75+ and that will be a headache. Terry D. Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 I just imported W-2s from Quickbooks and the ss# did not import. I had just downloaded an update, but it definitely didn't fix this problem. I uploaded it to ATX to fix. Bonnie Quote

lydia33 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 I did an update and deleted the old import and it looks like all my info rolled this time from Quantium. Quote
lydia33 Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 The Peachtree W2 import now works fine for the Quantum edition. Just tried to import about 40 employees and I did not get anything imported correctly. Address were in all weird places. I was wrong last night that it was working for me. Quote
