During tax season I have the automatic backup set to a maximum of 3 versions per client,(while working on returns). I would now like to only backup the latest which was the filed copy to my permanent backup. It program is set up to b/u to my hard drive, which I would then copy to a flash drive. It also does not appear to be backing up at all when I close the program any longer. I have checked the settings and it is set to automatic. Not sure what is going on, but anxious to get a permanent archive disk. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Robin Quote
