Form 941

I wonder why one of the computers doesn't update Form 941(04/10).

Do you have any idea on this? I tried couple of times but failed.

I haven't been able to download, either. I left a note on the ATX website to that affect.

That is very strange. I updated this form on July 6 quite easily by clicking Updates/Manual. That day I efiled 3, they were accepted same day, too. Gremlins?

I noticed that the updated 1040 that was dated the next day downloaded correctly. There is another form I can't download--Denver OPT, and that is dated in May. Neither one show on the Update Manager now.

l ran into a problem updating about a week ago. It involved more than just a few forms, but in any case the program was not updating properly. When I called ATX, they instructed me to to to the MyATX web site, update the program from there, then try to update forms in the normal fashion. It worked just fine, and I do have the Apr 2010 form 941.

Well, they now have the forms available--the 941(4/10) and the Denver OPT.
