Copies of ATX jprograms

I have been using TaxWise from TRX for the past 2 years, and purchased a new computer. It has Windows 7 - 64 bit, and TaxWise for 2008 will not load.

Hofw can I get copies of ATX for 2008 and 2009 to load on my new computer?

If I remember correctly ATX allowed users to make back copies and give them out to other users, is this still OK?
