Actually, not quite true. Not getting acks, but also not getting the "fatal error" message anymore. So I guess that's progress of a sort.

I filed a few more extensions. they are in transmitted status, like all the others. no acks, and since I had to do an electronic payment with one extension, I am really hoping there are no problems.

I wasn't getting the fatal error message earlier, but now I am. Right now we can't even log on to the ATX support page. I'm waiting for a couple of acks for state returns that aren't due until the 30th, so I'm not worried, but this situation with ATX really sucks big time. I feel for all of you that are trying to process anything today.
