Owe's $1.00

Dependent child owes $1.00. But, if the numbers were not rounded off, she would only owe $.66. Software won't let me use pennies. Will IRS count the pennies?

If it is a simple return I would do it paper and pencil and only send in $.66. Does the government need the $.66 or the extra $.34? Just me an my attitude today.

If a taxpayer owes a dollar or less the IRS does not want it. Also if a Taxpayer is to get a refund of a dollar or less they shouldnt expect it to come in the mail.
