What on your voicemail?

Just curious on how you are letting you clients know that are not accepting appoinments, will be on vacation or closed next week, etc..... I want to setup my voicemail today to make my clients aware that I am busy and won't drop everything to do their tax return!! Venting.....

My secretary tells them when they call. Our office will be closed on April 16th for a long weekend and will re-open Monday morning at 8:00. I just hang a sign on the door.

Today is the last day I have appointments until the 20th. My secretary just offers them something after that date. IYou could put something on your voicemail stating that if they want you to file an extension for them, they can send you an email detailing blah blah blah.
