bstaxes Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Client lived in NJ and moved to PA made all contributions to IRA as NJ resident. The research I have done states IRA after 59 1/2 are non taxable in PA (not in NJ). It is not an employee retirement. It is a commerical plan. So it is not taxable, am I reading that right. Maybe I will move to PA and retire. Quote
