grandmabee Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 anyone else notice on the CA Nonresident client letter it tells you to sign on page 2 but in fact the signature line is on page 3? I edit and change anyway but to have that wrong is a little goofy Quote
JRS Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 This happens, according to ATX, the "efile" form accepted by the FTB is different from the state issued "2 page" form. (This was after they told me the form I sent them from the FTB site was incorect!) Quote
grandmabee Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 This happens, according to ATX, the "efile" form accepted by the FTB is different from the state issued "2 page" form. (This was after they told me the form I sent them from the FTB site was incorect!) tech support answered back within an hour and said they would make the corrections but went on to tell me how to edit the letter to fix the problem in great details...... like I haven't already figured that out several years back. I always edit the client letter. But they did respond fast and tried to help Quote
