OH preparers

Tp lived and worked all of 2009 in PA. An OH employer withheld taxes for OH. Efile of OH IT 1040 all set to go to get refund of taxes withheld. Not finding signature form (8879, 8453, etc.) for OH. If there is one needed, can someone point me in the right direction?

Ohio does not have a signature form for efiling. In the past, nonresidents were unable to efile but I don't see that in the current year instructions. I hope it works for your client!

Federal 8879 covers Ohio. Non-resident Ohio returns CAN be e-filed.

Thanks, Jack, for following up. I no longer have any nonresidents that have to file so wasn't sure about the current situation. I do know some other states do not allow, yet, part year residents or nonresidents to efile.
