NOL Form - Not approved for filing?

When I check my return, it says that the NOL is not approved for filing? Is anyone else seeing this? Is it true or should I call support?

Tom, what NOL form are you trying to file? My NOL worksheet in the 1040 comes up just fine. I do not believe that we can efile the 1045 yet.

Tom, I get that message every time, too, but when I complete the worksheet, with no NOL as a result, it isn't a problem. Now, I haven't yet had anyone with a NOL to carry back or forward so honestly don't know what I would do if/when that happens. It is annoying, though, isn't it? Have you completed a worksheet that does result in a NOL for a client and it flows through?

I HAVE filed with nol's and they went through - i agree ignore the message. it doesn't even come up as a red error i think.

However the 1045 is still in draft mode and not yet ready for filing.
