Refund Cycle

Has anybody had trouble with rfunds? I have a return that was accepted 3 March. The refund cycle chart calls for a direct deposit 12 March. Client checked IRS refund feature and it called for a refund 16 March and they just checked today, no refund, so they checked IRS again and was told 30 March. What gives?

I've seen nothing from IRS QuickAlerts, but other preparers have mentioned delays when Energy Credits are in the return.

I've had the same problem. Refund was in the 12th of March cycle, but now the website is stating the 23rd. This return did not have an energy credit.
