Is the EFC server down?

Getting this when I try to receive acks:

The connection to the server is established.

Requesting acks.

Server Error: Error: Transmission cannot continue because of the server response. Please try again, and if this error persists, contact customer service.

Error: A fatal error prevents further communication with the server at this time.

Anyone else?

Got the same message. Called Tech support and stated they are working on the server.

I think they are tired of us interrupting their work so they pulled the plug. They will probably plug it back in before they leave for the day. :)

Well they must have gone home because it seems to be working now.

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't the only one! You always worry that the problem is in your machine.
