estimate voucher letter

How do I change the due date of the 4th estimate on the fedeeral, I tried under options, but the letter does not change, the letter is showing 1-15-11 but the voucher forma shows 1-17-11, which is the correct date

1/15/2011 is a Saturday payment not due till 17 Monday.
