Can somenone tell me what "A:Item Deduct" in the Sale of Principal Residence worksheet stands for. This is found in the "Select activity" tab at the very beginning of the worksheet.

On my worksheet, the select activity refers to a Schedule E activity number, in my case #2. So,I am thinking yours would be referring to Schedule A, itemized deduction.
