Missing Vehicle Descriptions on 4562, p.2

The last two returns I've worked on have more than one business vehicle. Using SMR on all. Same codes entered in the asset entry. For each of these returns, the description for one of the vehicles is not showing up on 4562, p.2. The mileage figures ARE showing up.

Is it me, or is it ATX?
