W-2 FEIN Reject

I'm getting a reject on a return because the FEIN for the employer "deos not match the master file". This employer is a municipal library that has not changed it's number. Anyone else having this problem.

If you have tried deleting the EIN and reentering it, and that did not work, your client is just stuck with being the victim of the IRS database error. You can try calling the efile help desk, but if they can not help you'r just stuck with paper filing.
