Trust return

This is my first trust return. It is real simple just the sale of the home left by grandmother to 10 grandchildren to be sold when their mother died.

Name of estate or trust not a problem but what do I put for the Name and title of fiduciary? Is the the trustee's name?

A Trustee that is assuming the fiduciary responsibilities of controlling the properties and filing any documents including the estate and/or fiduciary income tax return. Address on the 1041 will also be this trustee's address.
