jrollo Posted January 29, 2010 Report Posted January 29, 2010 Client and son purchased a new vehicle together. Vehicle is titled in both of their names. The client is solely responsible for the loan on the vehicle. It should be noted that the son is an adult and will file his own return. My question is this: who may take the sales tax deduction? Thank you, Jeff Quote
