Adding Forms

Is anybody else not able to add an excel spreadsheet to your forms? I am still unable to do so. I am told to wait for the next update and I have the most current update. Somebody indicated the other day that they are able to add forms. I am using the procedure as follows:

Customize

Add Excel Sheet as Master Form
