Help changing mailing slip to move address down to show through envelopes

I had to do this last year and forgot what the process was..I need to move the return address on the mailing slip down so it shows correctly with the envelopes. Can anyone help?

I think you want to open the Master and just increase the size of a row above the address line, then save the Master & Close it. It takes a little trial and error to get it where it needs to be.
