Preparer Signature

I can't get my signature to appear in the preparer signature field of any of the payroll forms. It is filling my information in as preparer but leaving the signature field blank. I have the signature box checked off on the preparer information screen.

Anyone else have this same issue? And if so have you solved it?

Nope, the signature will not populated in the signature box on the payroll forms. Last year I customized the master form and it held for a few returns, then went away. This year, we are just typing in a signature on that block. One more thing to do . . . . . .

Are you referring to electronically filed payroll reports or paper-filed?

If paper-filed, then it's my understanding that the Paid Preparer is required to sign payroll reports manually.
