It is filling my information in as preparer but leaving the signature field blank. I have the signature box checked off on the preparer information screen. Anyone else have this same issue? Last year I customized the master form and it held for a few returns, then went away. This year, we are just typing in a signature on that block. One more thing to do . . . . . . Maribeth Quote
JohnH Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 Are you referring to electronically filed payroll reports or paper-filed? If paper-filed, then it's my understanding that the Paid Preparer is required to sign payroll reports manually. Quote
