BulldogTom Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 The form 8867 is still a draft. Does this cause any e-filing problems? Thanks in Advance Tom Lodi, CA Quote

mcb39 Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 I had no problem, but have not received ACK though it get transmit OK. Quote
Teri2414 Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 I also have had no problems e-filing with it. It is not actually included in the e-file info sent as it is for our own records. I also have acceptances back for those with EIC - although all my early are going thru the quirky transmitted/accepted/transmitted thing in my e-file manager (and CCH did post something about working on that glitch, the returns themselves are accepted and fine) Quote
Eli Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 The form 8867 is still a draft. Does this cause any e-filing problems? Thanks in Advance Tom Lodi, CA It works just fine. I fill it out n let the taxpayer sign it. My efiles have gone thru with no problems. Eli Quote
BulldogTom Posted January 20, 2010 Author Report Posted January 20, 2010 Thanks to you all. I thought so, because I wasn't getting a red error when creating the E-file. But I wanted to make sure. My first EIC return of the year. Tom Lodi, CA Quote
