Last year's preparer info not rolling over

I don't recall that we have to re-enter the preparer information each year. It seems as though the preparer information rolled over automatically from the prior year program. Did this change for the 2009 program?

The preparer information is blank. What do I need to do to have the preparer information automatically show up in the preparer manager tab?

I did check rollover preparer and ero information in preferences.

I had this problem. Tried a number of things but didn't work. I just entered my info again. Checked in preferences for the info to load in the returns.

I'm working on a Form 943 and can't figure out how to get the program to autofill my signature? It's got the paid preparer information filled in but the signature field is blank.

Where is the preference setting for signatures?
