JRS Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 After downloading the ATX program from MyATX web site, I get a runtime error! Why am I getting this error? It keeps coming up on my computer. I also got a run time error. It was "R6025" and the knowledge base had the solution AND it worked. Quote
Dan Posted December 10, 2009 Author Report Posted December 10, 2009 My runtime error also had the R6025 in the error message. When I went to the knowledge base it gave 10 steps. I'm not sure if my installation is complete. I was getting this error message but when I restarted my computer I don't get it now. I did not have to press the Ctrl + Alt + delete as step 1 says. My ATX 2009 icon is on my desktop and I can open it up. So what of those 10 steps am I to do? Thanks for your help! Quote

The other steps aren't necessary since you're not in the middle of the software installation. Quote
