After downloading the ATX program from MyATX web site, I get a runtime error!

Why am I getting this error? It keeps coming up on my computer.

I also got a run time error. It was "R6025" and the knowledge base had the solution AND it worked.

My runtime error also had the R6025 in the error message. When I went to the knowledge base it gave 10 steps. I'm not sure if my installation is complete. I was getting this error message but when I restarted my computer I don't get it now. I did not have to press the Ctrl + Alt + delete as step 1 says. My ATX 2009 icon is on my desktop and I can open it up. So what of those 10 steps am I to do? Thanks for your help!

I would do step 3, then 5 thru 10.

The other steps aren't necessary since you're not in the middle of the software installation.
