Batch print client mailing slips??

Hi everyone!

I am wanting to batch print client mailing slips for all my individual clients without having to open each return and adding the form, then printing. (I would like to have the postal bar codes on the slips, rather than printing labels.) Anyone know a way to do this? Just trying to save time!

Probably the easiest way to do that is to use the export report option to send all the addresses to an excel spreadsheet, then you can edit it as you wish, then save as a cvs file. Then pull that file into your labelmaker or address book file, where you can automatically add the bar codes. That is how I did it, using my Dymo labelmaker software.
