S-corp State Apportionment

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I am doing the state returns for an S corp with business in 4 states. I have completed the apportionment schedule (had to overide fields for the state figures in the Asset section).

Now I'm doing the state returns and the apportionment information is not flowing. Right at the top of the CO 106 is says "multi-state apportionment should be entered on the apportionment form" -which I have done but the information is not flowing? Is there a box somewhere to tick to say use the apportionment form or something? I don't believe the apportionment is flowing to any of the state returns.

I think I figured out what I was doing wrong-it would appear that the first state on the apportionment should be the home state. When I changed the ordering of the states the figures flowed for the most part- a couple still didn't get there but at least most of them flowed!
