sdoll Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 I'm a new efile ATX user. I seem to be fighting ATX support line for a solution. How do you make things happen ATX? The IRS has posted a Known Issue & Solution for my problem on their website. (IRS knows they can't accept an efile of code 16 in 8d(a) on the form.) The IRS has provided a solution. (Leave field blank and add note to return.) Yet I can't get it through their heads at ATX what needs to be done. Does contacting a supervisor help? I can't seem to get them to connect me to one! Anyone know how to "work their system"? Have an email for the support or development supervisor/manager? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Quote
