josap Posted October 4, 2007 Report Posted October 4, 2007 I am having trouble trying to connect to the ATX knowledgebase, my account, and the download center. I can download forms and updates from within my MAX program but not access from the website. Are otherts having this problem or is it something in my computer? I tried turning off my firewall, I recently went with comcast and I now have MacAfee, and I still cannot access the ATX site, other than the sales page. I used to be able to access my account and see all of my transactions with ATX. Any comments or suggestions. John Quote
JohnH Posted October 4, 2007 Report Posted October 4, 2007 I just went to their knowledgebase and also accessed my account data and everything seemed to work normally for me. (I assume it worked normally. I was able to pull up info on the knowledgebase and my account info is current as of May 2007. I haven't decided whether to re-order so there isn't any current or recent info to be posted on it.) Have you tried holding down the "control" key while accessing the ATX site? Quote

Is your name showing on the right side of the screen when you enter the website? I had no problem connecting with them and looking in the knowledgebase and download center. Wayne Quote
LSmith33 Posted October 4, 2007 Report Posted October 4, 2007 I had that problem too. I deleted my cookies and temporary internet files, closed and re-opened the browser and then it worked. Quote
