NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I've been trying to get on the ATX community website for two days, but it says that it is down for maintenance. I was just checking after seeing the messages that they left on the TRX community below. Quote
JRS Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Surprisingly, only the ATX "community" is down!!??!! Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted May 5, 2009 Author Report Posted May 5, 2009 Yes, I can get to Kleinrock and MY ATX. I was just checking to see if they said anything on there about TRX. Quote
mcb39 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I noticed that too. However, the TRX issue has barely been touched there...I am thinking that there were maybe about 6 posts; then no more! (But, of course, it would not be proper IMO to tout TRX on the ATX Comunity). Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted May 5, 2009 Author Report Posted May 5, 2009 Marilyn, I know that it's not good form to talk about TRX there, but I thought that they might have posted there, like they did on the TRX Community below that TRX is not a licensed reseller of ATX. Quote
mcb39 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Marilyn, I know that it's not good form to talk about TRX there, but I thought that they might have posted there, like they did on the TRX Community below that TRX is not a licensed reseller of ATX. I would expect to see it in the ATX news rather than the community. However, it really wouldn't be wise to alert their community members to the turmoil that has been going on with TRX. I think, perhaps, that the Community really is down for maintenance. There really was very little going on over there. Quote
JohnH Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Yes, it is probably down for maintenance due to too much formation of rust. Quote
Mike D Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I just accessed the ATX Board. Mike Dubin CPA Quote
kcjenkins Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Strange, when I go to MyATX and click on the Communities link, it goes to the Welcome Back page, but then when I click on the button to go into the Community, it sends me back to the MyATX home page. Quote
bstaxes Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Just out there and went to the communites, looking to see if any info was available. There was none on either the communities or their home page. Quote
mcb39 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I have no problem NOW accessing the Community Board. Quote
JRS Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 I have the strange feeling, the site might have been "sanitized." Quote
mcb39 Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 There really wasn't anything to sanitize. The few posts regarding TRX were still there the last time I checked as well as the new post from the representative of CCH. Hardly anyone on that site showed any interest in the TRX "Deal"! Quote
Wayne Brasch Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 Strange, when I go to MyATX and click on the Communities link, it goes to the Welcome Back page, but then when I click on the button to go into the Community, it sends me back to the MyATX home page. KC, That same thing has been happening to me for about the past 6 months, or so. ATX support has not been able to tell me why this is so to my satisfaction. They don't seem to know why I can't get into that community forum. Something has happened somewhere to block some of us, it seems. Wayne Brasch Quote
Margaret CPA in OH Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 That happened to me for several weeks earlier this year. After discussion with CS, I created a new user and used that instead of admin. It works now. I just can't get there as admin. Makes no sense but 'tis what it is. Quote
