NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 I am supposed to attach copies of my client's two charitable gift annuities to their 1040. Does this mean that I can't use the 8453 with their stock tranactions and have to mail the return? I am going to scream if I have to spend the time to enter all of these transactions when I have so much left to do on other returns. Thanks! Bonnie Quote

Bonnie If you have to mail the return attach the stock transactions to the mailed return. Or if you efile it, attach the stock transactions AND the two charitable gift annuities to the 8453. Quote
