kcjenkins Posted April 11, 2007 Report Posted April 11, 2007 Try deleting the efile files, it's an option in the lefthand menu in the E Service tab, and then go back and 'create' a new efile. KC Quote

I would try duplicating the return (giving it a new name, of course)....Delete the original return, then try to create and transmit the e-file with the new return. .....Never heard of this error before!
